Day 1 Delhi to Dharamsala (1800m) (520km / 325mi)
Delhi to Dharamsala by car (11-12 hours); acclimatization walk around Dharamsala and exploring nearby monasteriesDay 2 Dharamsala to Bir
Drive from Dharamsala to Bir (4 hours). There are beautiful tea gardens. You can also see various Buddhist monastries and a number of Tibetan settlements.Day 3 Bir to Billing (2800m)
Billing is a popular destination for hang- gliding and para-gliding competition. It offers a panoramic view of the valley.Day 4 Billing to Kothi Kohar Village (14km / 8.75mi)
Trek from Billing to Kothoi Kohar village. The place abounds in herbal plants.Day 5 Kothi Kohar to Lohardi (19km /11.8mi)
It's a motorable route with 3-4 buses plying everyday. Lohardi is a beautiful village on the left side of the River Lama Dugh.Day 6 Lohardi to Lahesh Cave (3200m) (14km / 8.75mi)
It's a failry moderate trek. It leads to the Kullu Valley via Sari Pass. The scenery all around is beautiful.Day 7 Lahesh Cave to Tenu Village (2750m) (12km / 7.5mi)
Tenu village is the last village in the Kullu valley. The locals are pretty rigid about their customs and traditions.Day 8 Tenu Village to Solang Village (18km / 11.25mi)
The trek descends to Raghol Village and many small villages. Sori Nullah meanders all along the trek route which terminates at Solang village which is the bus head at the Lagg Valley. There are many apple orchards in the Lagg Valley.Day 10 Solang to Delhi (580km / 363mi)
Drive from Solang to Delhi (12-13 hours)
