Detailed itinerary:

Day 1 Delhi - Nalagarh / Chandigarh (300 kms / 5 hrs). Leave Delhi at 8 A.M. Reach Nalagarh Fort Resort at 1 P.M. Its a quality heritage resort at Nalagarh with A/c theme rooms. Day at leisure to pamper yourself at the resort - swimming, tennis, massages, visit the Mughal Gardens at Pinjore nearby.
Overnight at Nalagarh Fort Resort / Chandigarh.
Day 2 Nalagarh / Chandigarh  Taragarh (250 kms / 6 hrs). Leave at 8 A.M. Enter the beautiful Kangra Valley with its gentle slopes of pine forests, orchards, green tea estates and terraced fields foreshadowed by the pristine snow-capped Dhauladhars. Reach Taragarh at 2 P.M. 
Relax at the resort or stroll thru the villages or tea gardens.
Overnight at Taragarh.
Day 3 Taragarh. A day for experiencing a mix of culture, art and religion, interspersed all along by the idyllic vistas. Visit the ancient Baijnath Shiva temple, the Tashijong monastery, the Tibetan carpet weaving factory, Tankha paintings, the Andretta pottery village and Shoba Singh Art gallery.
Overnight at Taragarh.
Day 4 Taragarh – Dharamshala / Mcleodganj (65 kms / 1.5 hrs). After a leisurely breakfast, drive closer to the panoramic Dhauladhar ranges and upto the enchanting town of Dharamshala. After settling into the resort, explore the town, replete with Tibetan culture and the residence of His Holiness, The Dalai Lama.
Overnight at Dharamshala / McLeodganj.
Day 5 Dharamshala / McLeodganj. Imbibe the magic of the ‘White Ranges’ and of history and nature as much as you can while visiting the Tibetan Monastery, St. John’s church in the wilderness, Triund Peak, Dal lake, Naddi. Shop in the bazaar for Tibetan handicrafts in the evening.
Overnight at Dharamshala / McLeodganj.
Day 6 Dharamshala – Pragpur (65 kms / 1.5 hrs). After lunch drive into Pragpur – India’s first declared heritage village. A quaint hamlet, its rustic beauty enhanced by its cobbled streets and mud plastered and slate roofed houses. Relax at Judge’s Court – a heritage country manor located in an 8 acre orchard.
Overnight at Pragpur.
Day 7 Pragpur. After a leisurely breakfast, go upto river Beas with its unspoilt beaches, 6 km away, which offers the possibility of swimming and angling during season. The landscape is beautiful with a rich variety of flora, fauna, bird life, innumerable small monuments and a special rural ambience for walks and picnics.
Overnight at Pragpur.
Day 8 Pragpur - Delhi (425 kms / 10 hrs). Depart from Pragpur at 8 A.M. Reach Delhi at 6 P.M.
